La Casa Del Sol is situated on San Luis, an established residential area set beside the beautiful salt lakes on the borders of the lively Spanish town of Torrevieja, and only a 25 minute drive south from Alicante airport. San Luis has its own local selection of shops, bars and restaurants, a supermarket, and banks.... all within 5 minute walk from the villa. Nearby is La Siesta the neighbouring urbanization where you will find a superb water park (open June to September) great fun for the kids. On your arrival our local managers will provide an extensive information pack, they will gladly give you their local knowledge and answer any further questions you have. |

Beaches Pictured right is one of the superb spacious beaches that can be found at Guardamar, and is only a 10 minute drive away. Torreveija town centre with its lively promenade, and huge selection of bars and restaurants is 7 minutes by car. For the more adventurous the villa is a great base to explore the Costa Blanca, with Calpe and Benidorm an hours drive to the North, and La Manga and Cartegena less than an hour to the South. |

Scuba Diving We are great scuba enthusiasts and have found superb diving both at Cabo de Palos and Cartegena. We prefer to use the Spanish diving centres and the two links below are ones we have used and recommend. |

Golf Golf is another great draw for many to the Costa Blanca and there are fabulous courses at Campoamor and Villa Martin, both within easy driving distance of the villa, and the famous La Manga club is about 50 minutes drive South. |
